SisuRust 2x — The Earth Apocalypse
SisuRust 2x is an EU-hosted vanilla+ Rust server. Gathering is doubled, everything else plays like vanilla — and instead of a random procedural map you survive on The Earth Apocalypse, a hand-built custom map by Keirox with new monuments to explore and NPCs guarding them.
Basics
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Gather | 2x (trees, ore, pickups, quarries, excavator, survey charges) |
| Everything else | Vanilla — crafting, blueprints and building follow the game's defaults |
| Map | The Earth Apocalypse (custom map by Keirox) — size 5800, mostly ocean; the land area is about the size of a 3500 procedural map |
| Wipe schedule | First Thursday of the month at 21:00 (Europe/Helsinki), with Facepunch's forced update |
| Region | EU |
| Connect | client.connect play.sisurust.com:28025 |
The map
Next to the familiar vanilla monuments, The Earth Apocalypse adds its own custom ones — among them the Hoover Dam, Installation 07, the AC-130 Hangar and an Infected Scientist Bunker with a boss inside. These are guarded by armed NPCs, so bring a team and proper gear. Some areas are opened with keycard and fuse box puzzles.
There is also a safe zone with its own peacekeeper guards — don't start fights there.
CCTV camera codes
Add these at a computer station to watch the custom monuments:
| Area | Camera IDs |
|---|---|
| Airfield / AC-130 Hangar | AIRFIELD1 AIRFIELD2 AIRFIELD3 AIRFIELD4 AIRFIELD5 |
| Cobalt (by the safe zone) | COBALT2195 COBALT6331 COBALT6663 COBALT7130 |
| Installation 07 | SPY1 |
First join takes a bit longer
Because this is a custom map, your game downloads the map file (about 28 MB) the first time you join and again whenever the map is updated. After that it loads from your own disk like any other server.
2x vs 10x — which server should I play?
Choose 2x if you want a near-vanilla game with a longer, more strategic wipe cycle (once a month) and a whole new map to learn. Choose SisuRust 10x if your playtime is limited: fast progression, small teams only and a fresh start every Friday. Both run under the same Discord community and rule set — see Rules.
